This Privacy Policy explains how Phoenix Taylor (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Phlame mobile application and related websites (collectively, the “Service”).

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Service.

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Name and email address (for account creation and login).
   
• Support communications (information you send if you contact us).
   

The Service is designed to bring your treadmill runs to your phone. We collect and store run/session metrics associated with your account (for example: time, distance, pace, calories, and similar workout metrics).

“You can edit or delete your run/session entries in the app, and you can delete your account and your run history at any time.”

We may process basic technical information needed to operate and secure the Service, such as:

• App and device information (e.g., device type, operating system version, app version).
   
• Security and operational logs (e.g., timestamps, basic request logs).
   

We do not use third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs to track you across apps or websites.

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
   
• Create and manage your account and authenticate you.
   
• Store and display your treadmill/run metrics in the app.
   
• Respond to support requests and communicate service-related updates.
   
• Protect the Service, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
   
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
   

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information in the following situations:

We use third-party vendors to help run the Service (for example, hosting, databases, and authentication). These providers process information on our behalf to provide and secure the Service.

We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
   
• Protect the rights, property, and safety of users, the public, or the Service.
   
• Prevent fraud, security issues, or abuse.
   

If we’re involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We keep information as long as necessary to:

• Maintain security and prevent abuse,
   
• Comply with legal obligations, and
   
• Resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
   

You can manage certain information directly in the app, including:

• Editing your run/session entries, and
   
• Deleting individual run/session entries.
   

You can also delete your account. If you delete your account, we will delete your account information (name and email) and run/session metrics associated with your account, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

We do not collect precise location data (GPS), and the Service does not request location permissions for core functionality.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

If you use the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in the app or by other means.
